Criminal Original Petition filed under Sections 439(1)(b) r/w 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to modify the condition imposed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/Special Court for IDOL theft cases, Kumbakonam, in Crl.MP.No.1835 of 2021, by the order dated 01.12.2021, while granting bail to the petitioner. O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking modification of the conditions that has been imposed upon the petitioner by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/Special Court for IDOL theft cases, Kumbakonam, in Crl.MP.No.1835 of 2021, dated 01.12.2021. 2.The Trial Court has granted bail to the petitioner by imposing certain conditions upon him that the petitioner/accused should report before the Sub-Inspector of Police, Sivakasi Town Police Station, Virudhunagar District, daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders along with other conditions.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner was facing two criminal cases and in those cases, he was directed to appear before the two different Police Stations, on the same day regularly. Hence, he seeks modification. 4.Even though, the grievance that has been expressed by the petitioner is genuine one, this Court is of the considered view that entertaining this sort of petition by this Court may not be proper and the petitioner may approach the concerned Court by setting out the above said fact. After approaching the concerned Court, if any trouble arises, he may approach this Court.

5.With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
