ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble C.V.KARTHIKEYAN J.) This petition has been filed to amend the typographical error, which had crept in while describing the name of the father of the parties, which was Karuppiah Nadar but has been wrongly given as V.Marimuthu Nadar. Additionally, it is also be noted that Karuppiah Nadar had six sons and in the grounds of appeal it has been mentioned as there are 7 sons. To correct this factual error, this petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1,13 & 14.
3. There is no change in cause of action. There cannot be any dispute over the fact that the name of the father is only Karuppiah Nadar and not V.Marimuthu Nadar and that he had only six sons.
4. Taking into consideration the said facts, this petition stands allowed.
5. Registry may carry out the necessary corrections in the grounds of appeal, wherever, the name V.Marimuthu Nadar comes, change to Karuppiah Nadar and also indicate that said Karuppiah Nadar had six sons and not 7 sons.
6. The learned counsel for the appellants is directed to file amended grounds of appeal.
7. Post the matter on 07.11.2025. Registry is directed to delete the caption 'for dismissal'.
