Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.VISHNU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17530 of 2021 on 12.11.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was brutally attacked and apprehending assault when he appeared before the respondent police.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor wants time to get instructions.
