The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the property in S.No.261/27, situated at Kiliyur Revenue Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by considering the Petitioner's survey application No.2025/N123/27/004921, dated 26.6.2025. 2.Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) takes notice for the third respondent. By consent of both parties,the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the Petitioner, the subject property was given to him in Patta No,634. The Petitioner submitted an application on 2/5
26.6.2025 in Application NO.2025/N123/27/004921,seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered so far. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.
4.Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the online application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application submitted by the Petitioner, dated 26.6.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after affording reasonable opportunity to the Petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
