PRAYER :- Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary steps to collect the arrears of the property tax, and other charges from the 5th respondent as per the demand dated 18.01.2024 of the 4th respondent within time limit as prescribed by this Court.
