This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent not to harass the Petitioner without following the due process of law based on his representation dated 13.10.2022 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondents 1 and 2 submitted that C.S.R.No. 456 of 2022 is pending. 3.In view of the above submission, the Petitioner is directed to co-operate with the pending enquiry. The Respondents 1 and 2 are directed to follow the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013
