O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to disburse the arrears of stagnation incrementII, III and IV and arrears of revised pay and allowances in pursuance of 7th and 8th Bi-partite settlement arrived between the Indian Bank Association and the Workman Unions, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 04.08.2018.

2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent - Bank, on instructions, would now submit that the respondent - Bank is willing to pay the eligible amounts with regard to the representation made by the petitioner seeking for disbursement of arrears of stagnation increment-II, III and IV and arrears of revised pay and allowances in pursuance of 7th and 8th Bi-partite settlement arrived between the Indian Bank Association and the Workman Unions, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Bank would also submit that the

representation of the petitioner, dated 04.08.2018, referred to supra, will be considered on merits and in accordance with law by the respondent - Bank and eligible amounts payable to the petitioner will be paid.

3. After recording the statement made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent - Bank on instructions, this Court directs the respondents to pay the eligible arrears of stagnation increment-II, III and IV and arrears of revised pay and allowances in pursuance of 7th and 8th Bi-partite settlement arrived between the Indian Bank Association and the Workman Unions, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 04.08.2018 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
