[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to demolish and remove encroachments made in pathway bearing Survey No.186/10B in South Street, Pudumadam Village.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has handed over the case bundle to the petitioner.
3. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is no more.
4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, if still there is encroachment in the subject street, it is open to the legal heirs of the petitioner to submit a representation afresh to the official respondents along with a copy of this order and on such submission, the same
shall be considered by the authority concerned on merits and in accordance with law.
5. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
