PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to to direct the 1st respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to do agricultural work in his lan survey No.201/1 situated at Nadukkattur Village, Keela Arunachalam Post, Vilathikulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District for an extent of 7 acres and 47 based on his representation dated 23.10.2019 For Petitioner : Mr.C.Suresh Kannan For Respondents : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi No.1 and 2 Government Advocate(Crl.Side)

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to to direct the 1st respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to do agricultural work in his lan survey No.201/1 situated at Nadukkattur Village, Keela Arunachalam Post, Vilathikulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District for an extent of 7 acres and 47 based on his representation dated 23.10.2019

2. It is seen that the petitioner is the owner of the property comprised in S.No.201/1, situated at Nadukkattur Village, Keela Arunachalam post, Vilathikulam, Thoothukudi District for an extent of 7acres, 47 cents and the third respondent is disputing the ownership and filed a suit in O.S.No.80 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam for declaration and permanent injunction and the said suit was dismissed by an order dated 10.07.2018 . Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 23.10.2019 after issuing notice to the third respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observation and direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
