(MD)No.7699 of 2023 dated 26.04.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submits that now the investigation is being monitored by the Assistant Commissioner, Thallakulam, Madurai.

3.In view of the submissions made by learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side], the Assistant Commissioner, Thallakulam is directed to monitor the case and consider the representation of the petitioner filed on 04.09.2023, as per the directions of this Court and consider filing of a memo of alteration of the sections of law, in case if it requires and expedite the investigation and complete the same as quickly as possible. 2/4
