CMP(MD) No.10273 of 2022 This petition is filed for seeking permission to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the respondent/appellant in M.C.O.P.No.29 of 2019 on the file of Accidents Claim Tribunal/ Additional District Judge, Virudhunagar.

2. It is submitted that the appellant in C.M.A.(MD).No.1015 of 2021 has deposited a sum of Rs.4,20,710/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Twenty Thousand Seven Hundred and Ten only) to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.29 of 2019 on the file of Accidents Claim Tribunal/ Additional District Judge, Virudhunagar. I have perused the affidavit filed in support of the application and I am satisfied with reasons stated therein.

3. The petitioner is therefore permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposit amount (ie) Rs.2,14,355 (Rupees Two Lakhs Fourteen Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty Five only).
