This Writ Petition was filed based on the Circular issued by the respondents in Circular No.67 of 2011 and the petitioner has sought for the cancellation of the documents executed in the years 1963 & 1970 respectively.

2. The Circular in question has already been withdrawn by the respondents and therefore, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
