This writ petition is filed challenging the order of suspension issued to the petitioner in C.No.A3/579/2016 B.O.No.34/2016 dated 22.01.2016.

W.P.(MD)No.5135 of 2016 respondents submitted that after suspension, enquiry was conducted and the petitioner was dismissed from service.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
