O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for early completion of investigation in Crime No. 210 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police dated 23.04.2022. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on a complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.210 of 2022 was registered against the proposed accused for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 448, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC. It is also submitted that on a complaint given by the accused, the police have registered a case in Crime No.209 of 2022 and after investigation, the charge sheet is also filed against the petitioner and others. It is submitted further that Crime No.210 of 2022 is still pending. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the investigation in Crime No.210 of 2022 has already been completed and the final report is also filed on 07.07.2023 as mistake of fact. RCS notice was also served on the defacto complainant.

4.Since the investigation has already been completed and the final report is also filed, no further directions can be given in this case. Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet as per law, if he is so advised.
