ORDER
The present Writ Petition is filed, challenging the order of transfer dated 23.08.2018, issued by the third respondent, transferring the petitioner from Thennur to Kodikulam. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the impugned order dated 23.08.2018 is modified, by the order dated 24.09.2019 and the petitioner is posted at Crawford Section of East, Trichy. In view of the same, the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and prayed to make a claim for the monetary benefits for the period from the date of transfer and modified order.
3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the monetary benefits for the period i.e., the petitioner was not worked, will be considered as per the rules. 4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner to make a representation. If such representation is received, the respondents are directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
