Heard Mr.Muthumangaleshwar, learned Counsel for Mr.K.Dinesh, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr.E.P.Venkateshwar, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent.

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner to set aside one of the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai in Cr.M.P.No.1899 of 2025 in Crl.A.No. 50 of 2025, dated 28.07.2025, that the Petitioner shall deposit 20% of the compensation awarded ie., Rs.8,00,000/- (Eight Lakh only) before the Trial Court within 30 days from the date of order. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.Muthumangaleshwar, learned counsel for Mr.K.Dinesh, learned 2/5

Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, submitted that the Petitioner does not wish to press the Criminal Revision Petition and want to withdraw the same. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Revision Petition.

4. Mr.E.P.Venkateshwar, learned Counsel for the Respondent stated that he had no objection to the prayer made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner.

5. In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim Order, if any, stands vacated and the file is consigned to record. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
