ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 13.02.2019, whereby the petitioner is seeking for premature release on the basis of G.O.Ms.No.488 Home (Pri IV) Department dated 15.11.2021. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in the writ petition and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.02.2019 and dispose of the same 2/4
strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take a final decision.
