The petitioner assails a plan sanction granted by the first respondent to the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the second respondent states that pursuant to the grant of plan sanction, the second respondent completed the construction of a house on the relevant property. In these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this challenge to the plan sanction. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the second respondent submit that civil proceedings are pending between the parties. By leaving it open to the parties to workout their remedies in the pending civil proceedings, W.P.(MD)No.5159 of 2016 is disposed of without any orders as to costs.
