2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that action was dropped in this case and RCS notice was also issued to the defacto complainant.

3. Let the defacto complainant work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings before the concerned Court. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
