O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in pertaining to the case in Crime No.15 of 2015, pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal, as against Accused No. 7, is concerned.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that action was dropped in this case and RCS notice was also issued to the defacto complainant.

3. Let the defacto complainant work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings before the concerned Court. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
