Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to include the petitioner's name in the Provisional Selection List for the post of 'Prosthetic Craftsman' issued by the Respondent herein vide Notification Number 4/MRB/2016 dated 01.03.2016 and consequently directing the Respondent herein to appoint the petitioner as Prosthetic Craftsman by following communal rotation and based on his cut off marks in any one of the 64 available vacancies within the stipulated time.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
