This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third and fourth respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner as well as his family members life and limb on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 30.08.2018.

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner, does not arise.
