ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for modification of the condition imposed 1/3

on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2011 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Dindigul, dated 24.07.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of the offence, the condition No.7(i)) imposed by the Trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.2011 of 2025 dated 24.07.2025, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his execution of bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Court. The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall stand as it is.
