The petitioner/wife, who is facing the proceedings for divorce under Section 13(1)(i a) of the Hindu Marriage Act in H.M.O.P.No.113 of 2019 before the Family Court, Dindigul, seeks transfer of the same to the Principal Sub Court, Pudukkottai. The transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience of wife.

2. Considering the fact that the transfer is sought for to the Sub Court where the presence of the parties for every hearing is not required, the prejudice caused to the respondent would be greatly minimized. Accepting the reasons assigned for seeking transfer this petition is allowed and the H.M.O.P.No.113 of 2019 pending on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Principal Sub Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Tr.C.M.P(MD)No.449 of 2019 Pudukkottai. The Family Court, Dindigul is directed to transmit the papers to the Principal Sub Court, Pudukkottai forthwith. However, there will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
