For R2&R3 : No Appearance JUDGEMENT The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that in execution proceedings, the entire award has been satisfied. However, a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) which was deposited as a pre-condition for filing the appeal was not adjusted in the said amount and it still lies in the Court deposit. In case, if the award amount has already been satisfied in entirety, the appellant may be permitted to withdraw the said amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only).

2. Recording the said submission, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands closed. No costs.
