PRAYER:- Petition - filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of the Courts Act, 1971, to punish the contemnor/respondent for his deliberate and willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.A. (MD)No.1547 of 2018 dated 26.11.2018.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) On 13.09.2023, we passed the following order:- "A compilation has been filed today indicating that monetary benefits have been quantified and a sum of Rs.45,361/- had been credited through ECS on 01.04.2019. With this, according to the learned Government Advocate, the direction in paragraph-8 of order dated 26.11.2018 stand complied. He also points out that the Writ Petitioner was, on alternate charge, compulsorily retired in 27.06.2022 and his mercy petition as against the same is pending before the Director General of Police.

2.The learned Counsel for the Contempt Petitioner seeks some time to verify the same. 3.List on 20.09.2023."
