ORDER

The petitioner / wife, who is facing the proceedings for divorce under Section 13 (1) (i-a) (i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act before the I Additional Family Court, Coimbatore in I.D.O.P.No.281 of 2019, seeks transfer of the same to the Family Court, Dindigul to be tried along with I.D.O.P.No.65 of 2019 filed by her seeking restitution of conjugal rights.

2. Considering the convenience of the wife, the proceedings pending on the file of the 1st Additional Family Court, Coimbatore in I.D.O.P.No.281 of 2019 is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Dindigul to be tried along with I.D.O.P.No.65 of 2019 pending on its file. The 1st Additional Family Court, Coimbatore is directed to transmit the papers in I.D.O.P.No.281 of 2019 to the file of the Family Court, Dindigul forthwith. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
