in both CRPs COMMON PRAYER : This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to pass an order for speedy disposal of HMOP.No.63 of 2016 and HMOP.No.47 of 2015 pending on the file of the Sub Judge, Kovilpatti, within the time stipulated by this Court.

For petitioner : Mr.Babu Rajendran in both CRPs COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed seeking direcion to the learned Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti to dispose the cases in HMOP.Nos.63 of 2016 and 47 of 2015 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that HMOP.No.63 of 2016 and HMOP.No.47 of 2015 are filed in the year 2016 and 2015 and therefore, the petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the cases. 3.Considering the fact that since the cases are pending from the year 2016 and 2015, the learned Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti, is directed to conduct joint trial in HMOP.No.63 of 2016 and HMOP.No.47 of 2015 and dispose of the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, these Civil Revision Petitions are allowed. No costs.
