The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 herein to initiate appropriate action based on the petitioner's representation, dated 12.07.2024 and 21.09.2024 and to protect the petitioner's family from the atrocities of excommunication and threat by the respondents 5 to 14.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the peace committee meeting came to be convened and some decisions were taken on 24.06.2017, subsequently, they have violated the decisions taken thereon.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the compliant given by the petitioner, enquiry is pending in current paper.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the fourth respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner and to the private respondents for causing their appearance before him for enquiry and to conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of 3/5

ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
