ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Foremen working in the Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited, seeking a mandamus to consider his representation for revocation of the order of suspension.

2.The petitioner was arrested in Cr.No.1 of 2024, dated 06.02.2024 in a trap case. The petitioner was suspended on the same day. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, so far, the charge sheet has not been laid in the said criminal case.

3.Seeking revocation of the order of suspension, the petitioner has sent a representation on 30.08.2024 to the first respondent. Since the same is yet to be considered, the present writ petition has been filed. 4.Considering the above said facts, the first respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner, dated 30.08.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
