ORDER

The petitioner is the brother of the deceased, who committed suicide in the matrimonial house. The petitioner has filed this petition with an apprehension that the respondent police are not conducting investigation in a proper manner.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the occurrence has taken place on 19.08.2025. They recovered the body and sent it for post-mortem, which reveals that it is a case of suicide. Further they are waiting for the final report and depending upon the same and the materials to be collected during the investigation, they would take further course of action.

3.This court considered the rival submissions made. 4.The occurrence has taken place on 19.08.2025. The preliminary report of post-mortem reveals that it is a case of suicide.

5.The respondent police are directed to furnish the copy of the post-mortem report and the final opinion to the petitioner for his satisfaction that the investigation is proceeding in proper manner. The petitioner is also at liberty to appear before the respondent police and to produce the materials, if any in support of his contention.

6.The respondent police are directed to conduct investigation in a proper manner. The 2nd respondent/ the Deputy Superintendent of Police shall monitor the investigation and ensure that proper investigation is conducted.
