ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent 1/3

police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 407 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.115 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that A1 took the defacto complainant's vehicle for hire and thereafter, he neither returned the vehicle nor paid any rent and also cheated him.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.Considering the over all facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the vehicles were also not traced out, this Court by order dated 07.08.2024 and 10.09.2024, dismissed the anticipatory bail applications, there is no change of circumstances to entertain the present application. 5.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
