ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner from the third respondent on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 21.09.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner had obtained a car loan from the third respondent and since the same was not repaid, the third respondent has lodged a complaint against the petitioner and whereas, the petitioner has lodged a complaint against the third respondent and both the complaints came to be registered in CSR Nos. 489 and 500 of 2024 and are pending for enquiry.

3. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner as well as to the third respondent for 2/4

causing their appearance before him for enquiry and there is no question of orally summoning the parties to the police station and thereafter the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and conclude the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
