This Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 26.07.2024.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner has purchased the property from the third party and since he has not executed the original sale deed, the present complaint cam to be lodged and on that basis, CSR.No.61 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law. No costs.
