ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), and 318(4) of BNS 2023, in Crime 1/3

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), submitted that the complaint given by one Viji/the defacto complainant was registered in C.P.No.G3/18263/1256/2025 dated 28.04.2025 and they are conducting enquiry.

3. No representation for the petitioners.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry and if any cognizable offence is made out against the petitioners, register the F.I.R. or close the petition enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Till such time, the petitioners shall not be arrested by the respondent police.
