ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 29/10/2024 and upon peusuing the requisition letter submitted by the Pricipal District Judge, Sivagangai vide her the Letter in D.No.3635/2025 dated:23.05.2025, and this Court made the following order: The learned Principal District Judge, Sivagangai, has sent a letter requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in E.A.No.17 of 2024 in E.P.No.66 of 2015 in O.S.No.72 of 2014, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 29.10.2024. 2.Perused.

3.The reason stated in the letter dated 23.05.2025 is accepted and a further period of four months time is granted, to comply with the direction of this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
