This Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C to call for the records relating to CC no. 613 of 2014, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate/Fast Track court at Magisterial, Karur and to quash the said proceedings as against the petitioners herein ORDER:

This Petition coming up for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 03.10.2019 and the requisition letter of the Judicial Magistrate (FAC), Fast Track Court @ Magisterial Level, Karur, vide letter in D.No.604/2020 dated 21.07.2020,this Court made the following order :- By order dated 03.10.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Calender Case in C.C.No.613/2014, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.604/2020, dated 21.07.2020, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order dated 03.10.2019, made in this Criminal Original Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, two months time is extended from today, as a last

chance, to comply with the order dated 03.10.2019, made in this Criminal Original Petition.
