ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the order passed in I.A.No.62 of 2018 in O.S.No.85 of 2012, dated 09.04.2018 on the file of the District Munsif, Kulithalai.

2.The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. He had also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
