O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to provide service connection to the survey No.70/2 situated in Sethurappati Village, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District and consequently, direct the respondents 3 to 5 for any relief to approach pending suit in O.S.No.119 of 2024 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Srirangam, by considering the petitioner's objections dated 21.08.2024 and 12.09.2024.

2. Heard both sides. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The case of the petitioner is that in respect of the subject property suit in O.S.Nos.776 of 2021 and 119 of 2024 are pending. However, the respondents 4 and 5 are attempting to get electricity connection to the subject property 2/4

suppressing all the facts. In this regard, he made objection before the respondents 1 and 2. But, there is no progress. Hence, seeks direction of this Court.

4. At the outset, since the issue involved in this writ petition is purely civil in nature, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 03.10.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Rmk 3/4
