ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(crl.) appearing for the respondents.

2. It is stated that there is a water dispute between the villages of Punnaiyapuram and Kalingankulam. While so, a person said to be hailing from Punnaiyapuram had posted obscene messages through whatsapp from his mobile phone. Though the petitioner had given a complaint before the second respondent, till date, no action has been taken. Only CSR has been issued. For directing the second respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.12.2021, this writ petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate(crl.) states that CSR had already been issued and that action is being taken to identify the person who posted such obscene messages.
