2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some typographical error has been crept in the order dated 03.09.2025. Accordingly, paragraph No.4 shall be replaced as follows:- ''4.Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witness, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12865 of 2025 on 30.07.2025 is modified as "the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police once in 15 days, ie., on 1st and 15th working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.";

3. Registry is directed to carry-out the necessary corrections in the order dated 03.09.2025 in Crl.MP(MD).No.11628 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
