PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the entire records pertaining to the case in Crime No.12 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Anti-land Grabbing Special Cell, Ramanathapuram and quash the same as against the petitioner. O RDER This petition has been filed seeking to quash FIR in Crime No.12 of 2022, on the file of the first respondent Police, insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet is made ready and the charge sheet will be filed before the concerned Court within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the first respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.12 of 2022 and file a charge sheet before the concerned Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
