ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD). No.13692 of 2025, dated 18.08.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD).No.13692 of 2025, dated 18.08.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai daily at 10.30 am until further orders. The other conditions if any remain unaltered.
