When it was pointed out that the persons against whom the Petitioner has grievance for having not permitted to enter into the Temple have not been 2/4

made as party to the case, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the right of the Petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition impleading all necessary parties. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarification. No costs.
