ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(A) of TNP Act in Crime.No.333 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner was found to be in possession of 1,152 bottles of liquors, which is stored in his place and he is also having one case of similar in nature and considering the huge quantity, I may not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
