ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.6 of 2024 from the file of the third respondent to the file of the Inspector of Police, CBCID Wing, Tenkasi District for proceeding with the same in an unbiased manner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that FIR came to be registered in Crime No.6 of 2024 on 07.01.2024 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(1) IPC and the third respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report and the case was taken on file in S.T.C.No.2098 of 2024 and 2/4

that the matter was taken up before Lok Adalat and in Lok Adalat, the matter was settled and on that basis, fine was imposed on the accused.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
