ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to challenging the selection list with consequential relief to consider the representation of the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.C.Jeyaprakash, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. Perused the material documents available on record.

It is seen from the records that the claim of the petitioner is that she has secured 118.25 marks and she is eligible for consideration to the post of Junior Inspector of Sericulture under MBC category. However, the respondent has filed counter stating that the cut off mark is fixed for women under MBC category is 121.75 .

4. Since the petitioner has secured only 118.25 marks is not coming with the zone of consideration. Hence, the claim of the petitioner is cannot be considered.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. Index : Yes / No 02.01.2023 Internet : Yes ksa 3/4
