This Write Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court, seeking to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records in connection with the impugned order of the first respondent in D.Dis (K1) 15628/2015 dated 19.2.2016 and quash the said proceedings and consequently direct the first respondent to remove the wrong classification of the petitioner's land as Government Natham Poramboke in respect of the lands covered under title deeds (T.D)Nos.1541, 1546 and 1547.

ORDER:- This Write Petition coming upon for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 06/03/2024 and the requisition letter submitted by the III Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli vide the letter in D.No.621 dated 23.07.2025 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.K.Udayakumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Gangatharan, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order: "Having satisfied with the reasons assigned by the III Additional District

Judge, Tiruchirappalli, in his letter in D.No.621, dated 23.07.2025, the time limit fixed by this Court by order dated 06.03.2024 in the Writ Petition is extended by six (6) months from today."
