ORDER

The petitioner firm with certain grievance has submitted a representation to the respondent on 21.08.2023 and filed this writ petition for a mandamus for speedy disposal of his representation. 2.Since the representation itself has been made only on 21.08.2023, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition by issuing any positive direction to conclude the proceedings in a stipulated time limit. 3.Mr.K.Appadurai, learned Counsel sought permission of this Court to file an impleading petition on behalf of the legal heirs of the deceased partner 2/4

of the petitioner firm. He further submitted that certain material facts has been suppressed in the representation made by the petitioner. 4.Considering that the petitioner has submitted a representation and it is pending consideration, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to conclude the proceedings, as expeditiously as possible. The respondent shall also provide due opportunity of hearing to the legal heirs of the deceased partner of the petitioner-firm, before taking any decision on the petitioner's representation. No costs.
