ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to the First Information report in Crime No.137 of 2024 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same as illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed as 'mistake of fact' on 02.01.2026.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
