Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to remove the lock put up by the third respondent in the Temple premises of Sri Narguna Sundara Vinayagar Balasubramania Thirukoil, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District. Heard Mr. P.T.S. Narendravasan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, and Ms. M.Aasha, Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the First and Second Respondents and Mr. D.Nallathambi, Learned Counsel appearing for the Third Respondent and Mr. P.Subbaraj, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Fourth Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Second Respondent to remove the lock put up by the Third Respondent in the Temple premises of Sri Nargunasundara Vinayaga Balasubramania Thirukoil, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District, within the time limit fixed by the Court. 2/4

Learned Counsel for the Third Respondent has today handed over the key of the lock put up by the Third Respondent to the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner in Court in the presence of his Counsel, who has acknowledged its receipt. In view of the aforesaid subsequent developments, nothing remains for consideration in the matter.
